For new properties, David will guide you along from day one you get the keys till the whole project completes. Even after you move in and if you have any further questions, you are welcome to contact him anytime after the audit at no extra charge. We focus on long term business, not one time business.

For the first consultation, David will visit your property to understand your needs and also conduct a full Feng Shui audit of your home. The full analysis will be explained to you on this day on how we can use Feng Shui to enhance your luck and minimise any “Sha Qi” (negative Qi). You will know everything on the same day, no downtime/waiting time is required.

After this consultation, a report will be emailed to you for your future reference, which covers the following:

• A detailed explanation of our findings, cures and remedies for your future reference
• Forecast of events that might happen to the residents staying in this house
• Techniques to enhance the Feng Shui of your house to match your personal goals in life
• Activating the wealth sector of your house
• Activating the peace blossom (romance) luck of an individual (for singles)
• Selection of auspicious dates for renovation, moving in and Feng Shui implementations (if required)
• Any other requirements that you specifically state during the first consultation

For new properties, after moving in, David will go back to check that all Feng Shui cures and key furniture placements are correctly implemented at no extra charges.
